Discover Southwest Montana’s hidden gem: our Pioneer View Ranch.

Hello! We’re Craig, Lauren, and Olive, the family behind Pioneer View Ranch in Southwest Montana. Our journey on this land began in 2011, and since then, it’s been our cherished home.

Nestled adjacent to the ranch where Craig grew up, our small farm carries on a legacy spanning over six generations in Beaverhead County. Lauren’s roots extend from the Midwest, where her family farmed in Iowa and Nebraska for generations.

Together, we share a passion for getting our hands in the dirt, passing down the love of farming to our daughter, Olive. While mostly self-taught in the art of vegetable and flower growing, we embrace each season as lifelong learners, relishing the lessons it brings.

Balancing our farm life, Craig sells agricultural equipment, while Lauren contributes to a statewide nonprofit benefiting Montana families with young children. With a background in a farm-to-table bakery café company, Lauren’s lifelong love for cooking and baking, shared by Craig, enriches our journey. We love to share our favorite recipes.

We joyfully integrate our culinary passion into curating and utilizing items we raise ourselves, from vibrant vegetables bursting with flavor to farm-fresh eggs and succulent beef. Each ingredient tells a story of our dedication to sustainable farming practices and the pure joy of nourishing our family and community with wholesome, homegrown goodness.
